A builder's business, backed by a property group
Prospr Projects didn't start as a business plan — it started on site. Our division head spent a decade running his own construction company in Johannesburg: quoting jobs, managing trades, answering to clients, and living with every corner that was or wasn't cut. That's the standard the division is built on.
In 2026 he relocated to Cape Town to launch Prospr Projects as the fourth arm of the Prospr group — alongside Prospr Real Estate, Prospr Management and Prospr Home Loans. The group brings the systems, financial stability and property network; he brings the trade knowledge and the site discipline.
We're a new division, and we won't pretend otherwise. What we bring on day one is a proven way of working: fixed scopes, itemised costs, honest timelines — and a group behind us with skin in the Cape Town property game.
