4. Quotes & Agreements

Quotes provided through our website, by email, or verbally are estimates only, based on the information available to us at the time.

A quote is not a binding commitment to carry out work and does not, by itself, create a contract between you and Prospr Projects. Actual pricing, scope, materials, and timelines are only confirmed once a written, fixed-scope agreement has been reviewed and signed by both parties. Site conditions discovered once work begins (e.g. structural, plumbing, or electrical issues not visible at the time of quoting) may require a revised scope or price, which we will discuss with you before proceeding.

Submitting an enquiry through our quote request form does not obligate either party to proceed with any project.
